This episode was boring AF.
So frustrating when there is so much there to go with.

From the dailies I could tell this is an episode for the weekend (most likely I will binge from yesterday to end of week) bc what in the world with all the tedious Adrienne stuff? If anything (but her connecting with Justin again) should happen OFF screen it's much of what I read today in here.

The scenes with Justin and Adrienne yesterday and today highlighted everything I dislike about Adrienne and JE's acting: overwrought, overacted and overdone. I mean, I know she's been through a big trauma, but this was too OTT! I have two teenage daughters and live with dramatic, overly emotional responses to problems on a regular basis, but they're tame compared to JE's hysterics. It was really distracting. So, J & A's "true feelings" have resurfaced due to this crisis, but they are currently denying them? So Lucas gets to be dumped by Adrienne AGAIN, but for realsies this time! Don't care. Have hated pretty much everything about this story, and all the dumb stuff with the warden made no sense and was really bad.

I hope this isn't the last time we see Sheila.
I adore her and I am not ready for her to go away. I would like to see her knock out Gabi and see her develop a close relationship with Julie :)

It was weird that Ron extended the Adrienne drama with the warden refusing to release her. But I guess it gave S/K something to do but they could have had much better drama in their own story that happen offscreen.

Adrienne mentioning Joey was weird because its not like we ever saw them together. Remembering Joey was kidnapped by Orpheus was even weirder. I appreciate having family mention family but how about actually having them interact.

I liked the Justin and Adriennes conversation about Lucas and Sonny
I’d guarantee that if this had been a story about S&K or J&M it would have ended with the scenes at the mansion. The next day you’d see Adrienne at the pub talking to Sonny about how she was just fine and grateful to be out of there. But RC loves Bonnie too much so he had to extend it so he could show Bonnie escaping and so he could get in that TLC dialogue with Sheila :D

OMG yes about JE. First I could barely understand what she was saying through the hysterical blubbering. Second, I kept thinking settle down, at least you didn’t have to sit all day and night in a padded room in a straight jacket!

Weakest episode of the week so far. I liked the talk between Justin and Adrienne and the goodbye between Sheila and Bonnie.

I actually liked JE's acting both as Bonnie and Adrienne. Yes, Adrienne was hysterical, but I feel like being stuck in prison with no one listening to you is pretty good grounds for feeling hysterical. It was painful to watch, but seemed realistic to me (though I don't have any prison experience to judge by).

I thought the warden was incredibly annoying, but would you really expect a warden to listen in real life, if someone came up to you claiming that a prisoner is really a lookalike, without quite a bit of vetting? I appreciate Justin, Steve, and Kayla rushing to Adrienne, but I feel like things would have to proceed a bit more officially.

No, she only did mulitiple stints in solitary confinement on top of spending months in prison unsure she'd ever be found. If only her arms had been tied. *insert massive eyeroll because I don't see the emoticon*

I think JE is a fine actor but my problem is with the guard and the warden nonsense. For one it's silly and for two there is so much more to go with then to go with these 'details.' They could have written it with a Hatti and Adrienne moment ... it may still happen but the run around, life has too much of that already I don't need it when I watch my soap.

This episode was boring.

My biggest question: What was the point of the whole Sheila/Eli story if this was her last episode? It definitely felt like a set up for a return, but what a weird place to end the story. Also, way too much exposition between Eli and Gabi. Show, don't tell.

The Sami break was nice.
